Mansfield Certification, awarded by Diversity Lab, measures the structural changes and steps the firm has taken over the past year to ensure its recruitment and paths to leadership are open and transparent to all qualified lawyers. Mansfield’s focus is on equal opportunity, fairness, and inclusivity. The Mansfield Certification program requirements are anchored in opening the door to wider talent pools, including lawyers who have been historically underrepresented in law, and implementing transparent processes for advancement and leadership.
